新型コロナウィルスに関する再度の緊急事態宣言への対応

新型コロナウィルス感染症に関し１月７日政府より１都３県を対象とする再度の緊急事態宣言が発出されました。当クラブでは、継続して実施している事項を含め以下の対策を実施いたします。メンバー及びご来場の皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

【ご来場の皆様への対応】

・風邪の症状（３７．５度以上の熱、くしゃみ、咳が出る等）、倦怠感や息苦しさその他体調不良の方のご入場はお断りします。フロントでのチェックイン時に非接触型の体温計で検温し、体温を用紙に記入いただきます。
・フロント・ロッカールーム・ラウンジ・レストラン・トイレ等各所に手指消毒液等を設置していますので、手洗いと消毒を励行してください。
・各カートにも消毒液を設置していますので、レーキ・ピンフラッグに触れた際は消毒をお願いします。
・ラウンジ・レストランでは向かい合わせ・隣り合わせで着席しないよう、使用禁止の椅子には表示をしていますのでこれを遵守してください。また、換気を行っていますので、暖かい服装でおいでください。
・浴室内では他の方となるべく近接しないようにし、浴槽内でも向かい合わない・大声を出さないようにお願いします。
・ご気分のすぐれない時は、フロントへ申し出てください。

【ゴルフ場の対策】

・平常時の館内清掃に加え、手すり、ドアノブなどの共用箇所の消毒・殺菌清掃を強化します。また、ロッカーキーやカートのハンドルについても消毒を行います。
・フロント、マスター室、テークアウトコーナーについては、ビニールシート・アクリル板を設置し、お客様とスタッフの対面でのやりとりのリスクを減らします。また、送迎バスにつきましても、運転席と他の席をビニールシートで遮断するとともに、換気を行うようにいたします。
・３７．５度以上の熱または身体の状況が思わしくない従業員は、勤務に就く事を控える措置を講じます。また、人ごみや繁華街への不要不急の外出を自粛しております。
・従業員にはマスクの着用を義務付けています。
・同居の家族に感染者が発生した場合や、来場者に感染が確認されその濃厚接触者となった場合には２週間程度の自宅待機により経過を観察いたします。

Thank you very much for your continuous support to the Club. The government declared a state of emergency again with regard to the latest Covid-19 infection in Tokyo and adjacent three prefectures on January 7. We are carrying out the following measures to handle the current Covid-19 crisis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
To all members, guests and visitors
・Everyone with such symptoms as a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, sneezing, coughing, malaise and/or dyspnea will be refused entry to the Club.
Your temperature will be measured and filled in a form at the front desk by a non-contact thermometer when you check in.
・We have installed hand sanitizers at the front desk, locker rooms, lounge, restaurant and toilets. Please wash and sanitize your hands and fingers frequently.
・We have installed hand sanitizers on carts. Please sanitize your hands and fingers after you touch bunker rakes and pin flags.
・Please keep it in your mind that we make certain seats unavailable in the lounge and restaurant so that you may not be seated facing or next to each other.
Please be sure to wear warm clothes because we ventilate regularly there.
・Please practise social distancing from other people in the bath. Please refrain from facing each other and speaking loudly in the bathtub.
・When you feel ill, please come to the front desk.
The Club
・We sanitize stair railings and door knobs more frequently in addition to regular cleaning. We also sanitize locker keys and cart steering wheels.
・We install vinyl sheets between customers and employees to reduce their face-to-face risk at the front desk, the caddie master room and the take-out corner. In shuttle buses, we separate a driving seat from other seats by vinyl sheets and ventilate frequently as well.
・Employees with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher and/or in bad health conditions will be required to stay home. They are asked to avoid going out to crowds unless really necessary.
・All employees are obliged to wear masks.
・If family members of employees become infected or employees get in close contact with anybody found infected, they will be required to stay home about 2 weeks and get their health conditions monitored.
